Our AHP provides a limited number of units for Volume 2 and 5 at reduced rates, ensuring that you can enjoy all the benefits of our exceptional apartments. The minimum Gross income to qualify is 2.5 times the amount of the monthly rent. Please contact the leasing office with your percentage category based on household size (see below) for availability and rental rates.

Income Verifications:

-Rental Application
-Supplemental AHP Application
-Minimum of four consecutive paycheck stubs covering the most recent weeks of employment; more may be requested
-If your assets (bank accounts, investments, etc.) total $5,000 or more, we will need documentation verifying account balances. For savings accounts, we will need the most current bank statement. For checking accounts, we will need the past six consecutive months of statements.
-If a homeowner within the past two years, we need a current appraisal, a current mortgage statement, and if the home has sold, the HUD 1 Settlement Statement. 
-If receiving Social Security income, provide the current benefits letter.
-If receiving TANF, provide a current statement from the provider. 
-If receiving a pension from a former employer, provide a current statement from the provider.
-If receiving disability benefits for anyone in your household, provide a current award letter from the provider.
-If receiving Workman's Compensation or unemployment benefits, provide a current statement from the provider.
-Verification of court ordered Child Support, such as a divorce decree, or other court documents, whether receiving or not. 
-If you are receiving regular payment of support from an individual for any reason, we will need that person to complete a Monetary Contribution form, which we will provide to them for signature in front of a Notary Public.
-If you are self-employed, we will need you to provide your tax returns for the last two years with supporting schedules "C".
